Neverland 2012: Total War!
In a few weeks Neveland 2012 championship are starting: Total Strike. In TW every clan receives a few provinces, and attacking the province of the opponent and the defence of one's provinces are a purpose of every team. The rules are simple- who has the most province after 8 weeks the one is winning!
Map of TW:
I. General rules:
1. Battles of championship will be fight on the game Cossacks (1.35), on Game Spy Server.
2. The clan must propose at least 3 players to championship! Which the appointed boss which is answering for contacts with organizerst. Leadership in fights and in championship is an issue internal of clan.
3. There is a possible substitution of competitors in the process of championships, but it must be proposed .. on the Forum at least an hour before the fight in which the new player has to participate.
4. Neverland will be divided in 8 rounds, every will last for 7 days.
1. Fights will be fought on principles:
1000 0-45pt; (peasant: def, ballon def, capture on)
4000 0-45pt; (peasant: def, ballon def, capture on)
5000 0-45pt; (peasant: def, ballon def, capture on)

Every battle must play in different rules!!
It is possible to add options: no market, no art, no diplo, fair market
2. In every round the clan can make 4 attacks on adjacent provinces. When clan is attacking, he is obliged to give 3 dates (the at least 5 h must be of difference between them). If the defence doesnt appear for the date chosen by him, the province is go to attacking clan. Fights are permitted earliest about 9.00 but the latest about 23.00.
3. When reach the attack, 3 battles take place. 2 on rules of defenders, 1 on rule attacking.
4. In one round clan may be attacked max 5 of times.
5. At any time every clan can attack enemies provinces who bordering around province of the own land, but only when that around the destination province wasn't already attacked.
6. After disconnecting the game is being continued by the player 2 vs 1 (or 3v2 etc.). The remaining player can play or give up. If the fight is stopped, players should make screenshot (F11) with the statistics of the battle. If disconnecting happens at the start of the game, the game should repeat with same "squad".
7. The date of the battle can be transferred only with double-sided agreement. Battle can move only by the end of the round.
8. After the battle defender has give the result of the battle on forum (Max. afrer 24 hours for the battle) . If defender didnt give result that province go to attacking clan.
9. Attack can't cancel by attacking clan (exception: agreement of 2-sides)
10. Number of players (1v1, 2v2, 3v3) is written in the legend of the map.
11. If legend of map let play some types of nation then defender must say which nation will play in the battle.
12. Every Clan, who has provinces near to the sea can attack another clan having provinces near to the sea if beforej built the port. Such this attack costs 80 dukats, but if the province lies on the different continent such attack costs 120 dukats!!
13. In provinces No. 50, 51, 53, 54 and 52 possible only SEA WAR games and games on the continent!!!
14. 14. On all maps (apart from islands) it is possible to play only on the type of the land: LAND!!! Even if an attack is being play by the sea (Exception: 10pt def lcn rules)
15. Minimal score= 45minut at the game on 0/10pt. At 20 and abovej, score must be placed what for least 1,5h of minutes.
16. Max. PT= 45 minutes!.
17. Between the given first date (of attack) and the game must be at least 12h different.
18. If the defender isn't in 15 minutes after the appointed time, the province automatically go the aggressor. However if the aggressor isn't in the appointed time, the attack isn't effective.
19. All principles to which you are playing battles must be different.
III. Finance and economy:
1. The official currency of Neverland 2012 is dukat.
2. At the beginning of championship every clan is getting 150 ducats in hand.
3. The defence of the province costs 20 ducats, and the price of the attack amounts to 30 ducats. The profit from the attack amounts to 30 ducats.
4. Every province is giving 10 ducats per day.
5. A week's profit is a profit on all had provinces in the day of reckoning the profit up (Sunday)
6. Every province can be attacked only once in round.
IV. Barracks. ports, redemption province.
1. Every clan of the first day of championships must send/ write me place of putting one's capital city (No. of the province), in which will be able to build barracks. The capital city is a place where it is possible to build barracks.
2. Every clan after gathering 2350 ducats can built barracks in the capital city.
3. Barracks let the defender the majority of the number of competitors above number of aggressors (e.g. instead of the game 2v2, the game will be played 3v2).
4. It isn't possible to build barracks in the province which at the moment is being attacked.
5. Everyone who will collect 1000 ducats, can buy one of free provinces.
6. Every clan can build the port if province has access to the sea and in one's account has 2500 ducats. The port allows for the attack on all provinces of opponents which has access to the sea.
1. If the player is playing it in 2 clans at the same time, matches of the clan (of clans) which is playing (played) will be retrained to the victory of opponents
2. The clan must observe the rules, and if he isn't observe it it will receive the appropriate punishment.
3. Organizers are reserving the possibility of making minor changes in rules with the approval of the bosses of clans of championships for themselves.
